Strong elements: specific suffering context (8 wake-ups, “falling apart”), baby’s age, named approach (gentle), specific outcome (11 hours), timeline (one week), support quality (available daily, personalized), ROI framing, and strong referral.

The Before/After Is Your Product

Sleep consulting testimonials should almost always include a before-and-after structure:

  • Before: How many wake-ups? How old was the child? How long had this been going on? What had they tried?
  • After: Specific sleep duration. Parent’s emotional state. How quickly it happened.

Prompt clients with this directly:

“Can you describe what nights looked like before we started, and what they look like now?”
