Testimonials submitted through your SocialProof widget belong to you and your customers. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to collect and display testimonials.

Prohibited use

You may not use SocialProof to collect fake testimonials, spam customers, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

SocialProof is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
